Enjoyed the stay

NOT recommended. the car park in front of the trance house was always occupied. the backyard and kitchen filled with cigarettes odor. Many many cigarette buds all over the backyard, the garbish bins were overflown, but the neighbours' were emptied. We had to fix the shower curtain as it fell off. Expresso machine only for decorating. the hanging wire were fallen down after we hang just 10pcs of our washed laundry. but good with tv inside all 4 rooms. There's no living room.

Clean and good value for money. Ideal for the group I was organising for as all we needed was a bed for the night and to have breakfast in the morning. Hosts helpful and quick to reply

Myself & two colleagues stayed here whilst performing in the local Pantomime & would rate this property a 10/10! The location is perfect being only a 15 minute walk to the Theatre & having a Morrisons barely 3 minutes walk away at the end of the road, made life so much easier. The host was extremely pleasant & always responded to enquiries in a speedy, courteous manner. We would definitely stay here again!

Fully equipped house, you won't be disappointed!

Although we didn't end up staying at the place I booked, we stayed in another place in the same area.. very nice beds and good value for money..just a few tweeks and it would be perfect. Great for a 2 night stay in Bolton for 4 people. The place we stayed had 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms..as the one we booked had some maintenance issues.

Suited our needs perfectly as we were working in the area. Would book again..

Nice small house, looks bigger in photos.

This place is great for 4 workmen working away for a week but not ideal for a family. It was spotlessly clean and had been nicely done up with 4 tasteful bedrooms but there were a number of features that gave it a definite hostel/bedsit feel: no living room, heavy fire doors in every room, soap dispensers in the bathroom. I think we just weren’t the market. It was difficult to make use of the kitchen as it had a number of essentials missing too: no teaspoons, no colander, no baking trays or grill pan (all easily fixed of course). There was also a smell of smoke throughout the house and despite having doors and windows open for the duration of our stay we could not get rid of it. I think this is probably due to previous owner and not the hosts fault. He was very helpful and communication was great. Someone has done a really good job doing up the house, would definitely recommend for 4 adults working away, but not for young kids.

The place is nice and comfortable. The landlord is helpful and quick response. The communication is very good.

Clean with good-sized bedrooms. We were visiting Bolton to support the Ironman triathlon and the location was great for that. Morrison's is just at the end of the road too which was really handy. I'd not done a key collection like this one before but it worked well.

There was 4 of us staying for a job we had in Bolton, this house was perfect for us with 4 private bedrooms with comfy double beds and smart TVs in each room and free Netflix! The dining area was a great spot to have a relaxing coffee in the morning before heading to work. I wish there were more houses like this by Prime Stay around the UK. Highly recommended!

The house was exactly what I needed for my business trip to Bolton town centre as it is only a few minutes drive away, I didn't need 4 bedrooms just for myself but it was still cheaper than a hotel room. 🙂  Self check in was easy and great for me as I arrived late. The house was spotlessly clean on arrival, with comfortable beds and delicious Dolce Gusto coffee in the morning. All together I give 10/10 and would definitely use again in the future.

Great space, 4 private rooms for great value! Location is typical of anywhere up north and more than enough space for 4 people for great value!
